Organdy bridal garters .
The Midori brand is synonymous with impeccable quality. Made in Japan, Midori
Organdy ribbon is woven fabric, made using vintage shuttle looms, which are both
old fashioned and slow, but create the lightest, strongest, most supple weave
possible for the most comfortable wear. The threads used in organdy are finer
than the hair on your head, and skilled artisans must hand wrap their looms one
thread at a time in preparation for weaving. There are more economical ways to
produce fabric ribbon, but the quality difference is one which you can
immediately see and feel.
Midori's organdy ribbon is light, soft and beautifully translucent; it has an
unexpected depth when folded or layered, and shimmers in the light. Beautifully
subtle tones from earth, air and water enhance the natural palette of Midori
